July 24th 2020 2PM to 3PM Twylah Ekko, RYT-200- Yin Yoga- Like a vast, serene lake at the end of a mighty river, let your body and mind flow into stillness in this all-levels Yin Yoga class. After a brief centering session of Gentle Flow, we will focus on releasing deep into the connective tissues through time-honored poses held for three to five minutes each. Yin Yoga is about gently surrendering into each pose with a focus on the breath as a tool for release, while being mindful of the body and what it is capable of in the present moment. This class will be held outside, and social distancing will be expected. August 1st 2020 10AM to 11AM- Malikah Karim RYT-200, Low body Release: a deep release for low black and hips- This class is all about bringing some love and mobility to the lower body. If you have tight runner’s legs, or spend an ungodly number of hours sitting daily this class will be amazing for your body. This practice will target the hips, low back, hamstrings, knees, and glutes. Expect random outbursts of “ahhhhhh that feels good,” as well as, “ooohhhhh that’s tight” just before ending your practice feeling like an 8-foot tall dancer. August 2nd 2020 10AM to 11AM- Elisa Hayden- RYT-500- Toddler Yoga- yoga for toddlers (ages 10 months to 4 years) August 29th 2020 2PM to 3PM- Tween Yoga (ages 11 to 15)- Shannon Somogyi, CIAYI
