Hey friends & family! After years of practicing yoga, I decided to do my teacher training last year! I teach yoga because it brings me an immense amount of joy to do so. I say all this because I really want each and everyone of you to know that it literally means the world to me when you show up on the mat for me (and for you, of course). For us to learn together, grow together, fall out of balancing poses together. I have a few classes upcoming over the next 2 months, I would love to see you at one or at all of them.
7/9/23 @ 10 AM Yoga for Sciatica: An all levels class where we will focus on stretching the muscles of the low back and hips to release tension (and hopefully that stubborn sciatic nerve). (FREE)
8/4/23 @ 6 PM Gangsta Yoga: A 60 minute power vinyasa flow class to gangsta rap. If vulgar lyrics offend you, skip this one. A fun class to kick your ass and abs in shape. Nothing will get you moving like the sounds of barking dogs, guns firing, and police sirens. A great class for those needing to burn off some aggression. ($22)

7/9/23 @ 5:30PM Restore & Stretch: A deep stretch yoga and meditation class. Get still, get comfortable and allow your body to heal and renew. Strength grows in moments of letting your body rest and recuperate. (I am not teaching this one, I am simply offering hands on assists to help you get deeper into the pose with little mini massages.)
I’m also offering private one-on-one yoga instruction for $50 hourly
